Getting my maths on today with some pattern drafting...
Met a lovely bride today who order a tiara I am so excited about making....! She came all the way from Bradford to meet Kate at The Party Frock to finalise her dress design and then sorted her tiara out at the same time! :)
It's been a while since I've posted! Seem to be so busy living life for a change! :) my awesome friend also got married yesterday, with quite a lot of my handy work involved, but unusually very little actual jewellery!! You might even recognise Bekkie the bride from many of our fashion shows! She made such a beautiful bride in a stunning gown made by Kate at The Party Frock...! Big love to Mr and Mrs Hodder...! :)
Wishin Lin and her family a fabulous day today for her daughter's wedding. I'm very much looking forward to seeing piccies of Lin's gorgeous Mother of the Bride dress :-)
Humongous congratulations to my awesome friends Bekkie and Martyn who tied the knot yesterday! An awesome time was had by all :-) Bekkie's dress is my favourite frock ever!!!!!!!
I won't be available very much this coming week as it is my little munchkin's first birthday and one of my bestest friend's wedding. If you have asked for a quote I will hopefully find some time to sort it this week but any new enquiries I will get to after the easter weekend :-)
The child is napping, the overgrown child has gone to work, now to commence the great studio clean up!!!!! I would post a photo of the carnage but I'm just too ashamed!
Today it will be the first time Helen will see her wedding dress pretty much complete and how it will look on the day. Needless to say I am more than a little bit excited :-D

I'm now caught up on the Great British Sewing Bee! And managed not to spoiler it for myself this week :-) I really loved Lynda's coat and I now wish I had a spare day to make myself a lovely spring coat! What is everyone's favourite make of the show so far?
I think the careers week talk at Alkborough School was a success! What a lovely lot of children, so polite, well behaved and interested :-)
