Kate lives in Scawby Brook with her husband James and son Charlie.
She gained a 2:1 BAHons in Fashion Design from the University of Central Lancashire in 2004, and since then has worked between soft furnishings and dressmaking, with dressmaking being the big passion!
When she isn’t sewing, Kate loves running, reading, cooking and baking (and eating!), dying her hair ‘interesting’ colours, is an avid follower of Doctor Who and enjoys building Lego sets.
