The Party Frock: General Information and Terms & Conditions for bespoke orders:
A 50% deposit is required on placing an order. No work will be carried out or materials bought before this is received. This can be paid in stages.
All deposits paid are non refundable if the order is cancelled by the client.
If the order is cancelled by the client, any money paid at that stage is none refundable, in reflection to the work carried out.
Once materials are chosen and bought following payment of deposit they cannot be changed unless the client pays for the replacement fabric.
Design features and styles can always be changed throughout the toile process but please be aware that this can affect the price of the garment. E.g. a change to the shape of the garment requiring a new pattern and toile would have to be charged for. Things such as a couple of inches here and there to the length of a hem or a sleeve would be unlikely to affect the cost.
If you have any issues with shape, fit, fabric, etc at the toile stage, this must be discussed and a final decision agreed on before the final garment is made ( I will ask you lots of questions don’t worry!!)
A toile will always be made to make sure the garment fits properly. A minimum of three fittings will usually be required for any garment at The Party Frock’s studio.
All appointments will be held at The Party Frock’s studio as standard. Off site appointments are possible but there will be a charge to cover fuel costs and they must be agreed on before the order is placed.
Please be aware that prices reflect the amount of work that goes into creating a bespoke garment.
The Party Frock cannot create exact copies of existing garments due to copyright law.
If you are having trouble arriving on time for your appointment please let me know either by text, phone or email as I often have other commitments on the same day.
All garments must be paid for in full before they are taken away from the studio.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or internet bank transfer.
